it shows two revolutionary guard commanders examining what appears to be an intact scan eagle drone. we don't know if it's the one they claim they captured. moments ago a u.s. defense official told barbara starr the u.s. navy has fully accounted for all unmanned vehicles operating in the middle east region. we have the latest developments now from cairo. a u.s. source says that if the iranians do have something, it is not an actively operating u.s. navy drone. what would that mean? could this actually be a fake? >> it could be. it's not clear right now, but iranian officials have a different story. we don't know when or how this u.s. drone was allegedly captured, but you can be sure iran is going to count this as a big intelligence victory over the u.s. you can also be sure they'll use this to portray the u.s. as the aggressor in the region. that's what iran has done for more than three decades. briefly, let's tell you about the reports from state media in iran. reports say iran captured a drone flying over the northern persian gulf waters after it allegedly flew into iranian airspace. this

. iran is broadcasting images of what looks like a scan eagle drone. these are, indeed, the kind of drones that the u.s. navy frequently uses in the persian gulf. abc news saw them launched off a ship recently in the gulf. they're small, about ten feet wide and unarmed. but the navy says adamantly they are not missing any u.s. drones currently operating in the gulf. although, they have lost them in the water in the past. the iranians could have found one of those or could have found one from another country. important to note, that even if the iranians have one, the scan eagle is nothing like the cia stealth drone that crashed in iran last year around this time. that, josh, was a huge loss of secret technology. but the tensions do remain with iran. >> martha raddatz, there in washington. thank you for that. >>> now, to the other crisis capturing the world's attention. new concerns that syria may be preparing to use chemical weapons against rebels, trying to overthrow the country's government. today, neighboring turkey, is asking nato for patriot missiles to defend itself as a pre

, certainly american eagle's been outperforming, aeropostal, so you want to watch for extra promotions and then the problem is, does everybody feel compelled to pile on and match the pricing? so, again, you know, this year a big theme is price matching whether it's best buy or apparel retailers. everybody wants to know they're getting the best value. last year it was free shipping, now you add in price matching plus, you know, other freebies and you're just getting a lower overall gross margin in the market. >> for people looking at retail stocks, you'd tell them to stay away for most of them? any of them you'd like beyond limited? >> well, i think look at what target is doing. so you have this lull for the two-week period before black friday and thanksgiving. they did a collaboration with neiman marcus, with a lot of designer gifts for under $100. they launched it over the weekend and it wasn't a sellout. that is something differented that's going to get the consumers in the stores during that lull period. other retailers are not thinking out of the box during this period. so i think,
